ubic.gemma.core.loader.util.fetcher2 (Gemma 1.32.0 API)

Provides classes for fetching data from various sources.

This is meant to be the successor of ubic.gemma.core.loader.expression.geo.fetcher. The original packages had some limitations that made it difficult to download data frm different protocols and have some retry mechanism.
