public class TicketTargetValueObject extends Object implements Serializable
Value object projection of TicketTarget for the REST surface (Phase B-2 of AUDIT_AS_WORKFLOW_RECCE.md).

The displayLabel and displayName fields are optional server-resolved hints — populated by the resource layer via a side-join to the targeted entity (e.g. ExpressionExperiment.shortName + .name for TicketTargetType.EXPRESSION_EXPERIMENT). They let the dashboard render a meaningful card without a follow-up fetch. Producers that don't have a cheap join leave them null; the UI falls back to the bare targetId.
