🛑 NOTHING APPLIES THIS FILE ANY MORE (Paul, 2026-09-04). Both loaders that read it — GeoConverterImpl and LoadSimpleExpressionDataCli — stopped, so a submitter's text survives import unchanged and grounding is a curation decision.

This test is deliberately kept live anyway, and it is the only thing standing between the table and silent rot: the file is a reviewed body of value → term decisions worth preserving for a future curation-side suggester, and an unresolvable URI in it is still a defect worth failing on. Do NOT read a green run here as evidence about any import path — there is no longer one.
