Unit tests for Distance: alternative distance + similarity helpers used by the coexpression and sample-clustering paths. Covers standardized Pearson, Euclidean, Manhattan, and Spearman variants. Pins the NaN-aware semantics (skip vs throw vs sentinel return value) — those are easy to regress on refactor.
