Unit tests for the cursor-pagination branch added to PlatformsWebService.getPlatformDatasets(PlatformArg, OffsetArg, LimitArg, CursorArg) as step 1f of CURSOR_PAGINATION_STEP1_PLAN.md. Pure Mockito — the goal is to verify the WebService routes cursor vs offset modes to the right helper and emits the right response wrapper, not to retest the DAO (covered by ExpressionExperimentDaoCursorTest + the broader DAO-cursor suite). Mirrors PlatformsWebServiceElementsCursorTest (step 1e). Differences: - The listing returns experiments (datasets) for the platform, not design elements; the path-derived constraint is bioAssays.arrayDesignUsed.id = ? (composed inside PlatformArgService.getExperimentsByCursor, not in the WebService). - The offset-mode response wrapper is PaginatedResponseDataObject (no echoed filter field — the endpoint has no ?filter= query param), so the cursor-mode response uses the plain CursorPaginatedResponseDataObject.
